Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about registration, costs, platform tools, risk, security, and support for Canadian users.

General use

How do I create an account?

Use the registration form with accurate contact details. An account manager calls within 24 hours to explain verification, platform settings, fees, and risks. Registration does not guarantee acceptance.

Do I need prior trading experience?

No. The interface is designed to organise information for new and experienced users. Lack of experience does not reduce the possibility of loss, so review the learning and risk material first.

Can I use the platform on mobile?

The website is responsive and common account tasks can be viewed on a modern mobile browser. For sensitive changes, use a trusted device and network.

Fees and results

Is registration free?

Yes. The published account request is free. Deposits begin at CAD 250 for the Basic tier, and third-party or market-related costs may still apply.

Where can I see charges?

The Fees and pricing page compares tiers and cost categories. Confirm the applicable provider schedule during onboarding before authorising activity.

Are returns guaranteed?

No. Reviews, illustrations, and analytical outputs are not forecasts. Market, liquidity, model, provider, and technology risks can produce losses.

Platform functions

What does automation do?

It continuously processes selected market inputs and can organise alerts or configured actions. It cannot know every future event or make a risky activity safe.

Can I change settings?

Yes, available monitoring parameters and notifications can be reviewed and adjusted. Pause a feature if you do not understand an output or cannot supervise the account.

Which markets are monitored?

Supported views can include stocks and confirmed digital assets. Availability depends on data and service providers, and the product pages describe the intended scope.

Risks

Can I lose all invested funds?

Yes. Severe price movement, leverage, provider failure, fraud, or illiquidity can cause substantial or complete loss. Use only risk capital.

Does a volatility pause protect my deposit?

No. It may stop configured activity under certain conditions, but market gaps or delayed execution can still produce loss.

Why can an executed price differ from the screen?

Displayed prices can change before an order reaches the venue. Thin liquidity, volatility, and network delay can increase slippage.

Security and account access

How should I protect my account?

Use a unique password, enable multi-factor authentication, review sessions, and limit connection permissions. Never share a one-time code.

Who holds my funds?

The applicable provider and account documents identify custody and payment arrangements. Do not infer custody from the Capital Asverix interface alone.

What if I see an unknown sign-in?

Change your password from a trusted device, revoke other sessions, and email support with "Account security" in the subject.

Help and support

How do I reach support?

Email [email protected]. Include a non-sensitive reference, important dates, and a clear description, but never send your password or full card number.

What if a setting seems wrong?

Pause the related function, capture the setting and time, and contact support. Do not continue merely to test whether the issue resolves itself.

How do I complain?

Use "Complaint" in the subject and describe the desired resolution. Eligible unresolved Canadian matters may have an OBSI escalation route after internal review.
