Fraud warning

Scammers imitate financial brands, support agents, and payment pages. Pause and verify unexpected contact before sharing information or sending money.

Common warning signs

  • A message promises guaranteed returns, risk-free trading, or a secret opportunity.
  • A caller pressures you to act immediately or keep the conversation private.
  • Payment instructions point to a personal bank account, gift card, cash service, or unknown wallet.
  • A person asks for your password, one-time code, remote screen access, or private key.
  • A website address is misspelled, shortened, or different from https://capitalasverix.com.
  • A supposed recovery agent asks for an advance payment to release funds.

How Capital Asverix communicates

Official support uses the https://capitalasverix.com domain and [email protected]. We do not ask for your password or one-time authentication code, and we do not require secrecy. Account managers may explain procedures, but they cannot guarantee a return or instruct you to misrepresent a payment.

If you receive a suspicious message

1

Stop contact

Do not click links, download files, install remote-access software, or continue a payment.

2

Secure access

Change your password from a trusted device, enable multi-factor authentication, and revoke unfamiliar sessions.

3

Preserve evidence

Save the sender, time, phone number, website, payment reference, and screenshots without forwarding harmful attachments.

4

Report it

Email [email protected] and contact your financial institution promptly if money or payment details were involved.

Recovery fraud

People who have already lost money are often targeted again by a person claiming to be a regulator, investigator, lawyer, or asset-recovery specialist. No legitimate recovery can be guaranteed. Verify the organisation independently and never pay an unexpected release tax or administrative fee to an unverified recipient.
