Terms of use
These terms govern access to Capital Asverix. Read them with the Risk disclosure, Privacy Policy, fee schedule, withdrawal policy, and any provider agreement presented during onboarding.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the site or submitting registration information, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms can apply to a financial service delivered by another identified provider.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity, meet the applicable age requirement, and be located in a supported jurisdiction. You must not use another person's identity or open an account for an undisclosed third party.
3. Account information
Provide accurate, current information and update material changes. You are responsible for protecting credentials and for activity authorised through your account, subject to applicable law.
4. Platform role
Capital Asverix organises market information and provides configurable analytical and monitoring tools. Content is general information, not personalised investment, legal, or tax advice.
5. No guarantee
Past patterns, illustrative calculations, reviews, and analytical outputs do not guarantee a future result. Markets can move against you and you may lose part or all of the amount invested.
6. Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and for your own authorised purposes. Do not probe security, interfere with operation, scrape at harmful scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass eligibility and verification controls.
7. Third-party services
Payment, identity, market-data, execution, custody, and other providers may have separate terms. We are not responsible for a third party beyond obligations imposed by law or an express agreement.
8. Fees and taxes
Review disclosed costs before confirming activity. Banks and other providers may impose separate charges. You are responsible for understanding tax obligations and maintaining appropriate records.
9. Availability and changes
Maintenance, security events, data-provider outages, and market conditions can interrupt or delay features. We may change functions to improve safety, reliability, compliance, or usability, with notice where required.
10. Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free analytical output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for your investment decisions.
11. Suspension, termination, and contact
Access may be restricted for security, legal, eligibility, verification, misuse, or operational reasons. You may request closure subject to outstanding obligations and record retention. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Market data and analytical output
Market data can be delayed, unavailable, corrected, or supplied under restrictions imposed by a provider. A displayed quote may not be executable and should not be treated as a firm offer. Charts, alerts, scores, and classifications are analytical presentations of available information.
You may use output for your personal authorised activity. You may not redistribute, sell, systematically extract, or create a competing data service from it unless a separate written licence permits that use.
Instructions and authentication
An instruction submitted through an authenticated account may be treated as authorised, subject to applicable law and security review. Check amount, destination, instrument, permissions, and currency before confirmation. Contact support immediately if credentials or a device may be compromised.
We may delay or reject an instruction when information is incomplete, a security check is unresolved, a provider is unavailable, or law and risk controls require review. A protective delay does not guarantee that loss will be avoided.
Intellectual property
The site design, original text, software, brand elements, and analytical presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended personal purpose and do not transfer ownership.
Third-party names, market data, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond the actual relationship disclosed.
Electronic communication
You agree that notices and records may be delivered electronically to the contact details associated with your account. Keep those details current and review security alerts promptly. Delivery can be affected by filters, network providers, and device settings.
Print or save documents important to your decision, including the version accepted during onboarding. A later website update does not rewrite a completed transaction, but new terms may govern continued future use after notice.
Governing process and severability
Applicable law and dispute procedures depend on the legal entity, service, and user's location. The provider agreement identifies any mandatory forum or process. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right is not necessarily a permanent waiver.
