Account funds

Withdrawal policy

This policy explains request steps, ownership checks, processing ranges, possible delays, and how to get help. It does not promise that every method is available for every account.

1. Scope

The policy applies to requests to move available account funds to an eligible destination. Product settlement, open positions, provider rules, currency conversion, and legal holds can affect the amount available.

2. Eligibility

The account must be active, identity verification must be complete, and the requester must have authority over the account. Funds committed to open activity or subject to a dispute may not be immediately withdrawable.

3. Submit a request

Use the account withdrawal function or the supported route confirmed during onboarding. Enter the amount, currency, and destination carefully, then complete any authentication prompt.

4. Destination ownership

Withdrawals are normally returned to a verified method or an account in the user's own name. A request to pay an unrelated third party can be declined or require enhanced review.

5. Verification

Support may request updated identification, proof of bank ownership, or confirmation of account activity. This is more likely after a security event, a material profile change, or a long period of inactivity.

6. Processing time

Internal review and provider processing are separate from the time a receiving bank takes to credit funds. Published ranges run from within 24 hours to five business days depending on method, with weekends and holidays excluded.

7. Fees and conversion

Capital Asverix lists supported methods as free from its side, but banks, intermediaries, card providers, and currency-conversion services may charge. Any known platform charge must be shown before confirmation.

8. Delays or rejection

A request can be delayed or rejected for incomplete details, ownership mismatch, insufficient available balance, unsettled activity, suspected fraud, legal restriction, sanctions review, or an unsupported destination. We explain remediable issues unless law prevents disclosure.

9. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before external processing begins. Once a bank, card network, or other provider has accepted the instruction, cancellation may be impossible.

10. Security incidents

If you did not request a withdrawal, change your password, revoke unfamiliar sessions, and contact [email protected] immediately. Do not approve any authentication prompt or share its code with a caller.

11. Complaints and support

For status, provide the date, amount, method, and non-sensitive reference. If the matter is not resolved, use the Complaints process and request written escalation information.

Never pay a separate "release fee" to a personal account or unverified recipient. Confirm any payment request through [email protected].

Available balance and settlement

The value displayed for an account can differ from the amount currently available to withdraw. Open activity, unsettled sales, reserved charges, pending deposits, currency conversion, or a temporary security hold can reduce the available amount. The withdrawal screen should show the amount eligible when the request is made.

Closing an activity does not always create immediately withdrawable cash. Settlement rules depend on the relevant instrument and provider. Support can explain the recorded status but cannot accelerate an external market or banking cycle.

Method selection

Returning funds to the original verified payment source can reduce fraud and money-laundering risk. If that method is no longer available, you may need to verify a replacement bank account in your own name and explain why the original route cannot be used.

Card refunds, bank transfers, and wire transfers travel through different networks. A method listed as within 24 hours describes the expected processing step, not a guarantee that every receiving institution will post the funds within that time.

Large or unusual requests

A request may receive enhanced review when its amount, destination, timing, or pattern is materially different from expected account use. Review can include confirming purpose, source of funds, ownership, recent account changes, and whether a device or session appears unfamiliar.

Breaking one request into several smaller requests does not avoid review and may itself require explanation. Submit the intended amount accurately and respond through the approved channel.

Tracking and records

Keep the request confirmation, date, amount, currency, destination ending digits, and status messages. These details let support trace the instruction without asking for a full account or card number. Check the destination carefully before confirmation because an incorrect instruction may be difficult to reverse.

If the published range has passed, ask for the provider reference and confirm with the receiving institution whether the payment is pending, rejected, or returned. A returned payment may require corrected details and a new processing period.

Account closure

Before closure, settle open activity and submit a withdrawal for the remaining eligible balance. The account may stay restricted while final transactions settle and required records are completed. Closure does not erase legally required records or unresolved obligations.
